We are seeking a skilled teacher for the coatings and surface finishing field to join WinNova's team at the Porin campus. The position is fixed-term from 24 August 2026 to 21 February 2027. The role centers on teaching and guiding in the coatings and surface finishing bachelor’s and specialized vocational certificates. The job involves teaching practical tasks in the lab, delivering theory in face-to-face, remote, or hybrid formats, and possibly supervising on-the-job learning. Requirements include at least five years of field experience, a relevant qualification (e.g., painter master’s vocational qualification or surface finishing specialization), pedagogical studies, strong communication and collaboration skills, commitment and a proactive approach, and flexibility. Teaching experience in a vocational institute is an asset. The position is part of the Construction and IT unit, with primary workplace at Professorintie 5, Pori, and the supervisor is the unit’s training manager. We operate under the KT employer-sector Vocational Education collective agreement (OTES). The job includes a 3-month probationary period.
