Project Manager for Electrical and Automation Projects We are seeking an experienced project manager for a permanent position in Southwest Finland for our client. This is a direct recruitment, where you will be employed directly by the company. We offer a versatile and responsible role in a growing electrical and automation company, where you will participate in the entire project lifecycle from design to implementation and handover. The content of the role can be tailored according to your skills and experience. Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of electrical and automation projects. Your duties include, among others: - planning, scheduling, and overall management of projects - site management tasks and leading your own work team - tendering for supplies and material procurement - contract calculation and supporting the bidding phase - technical design and documentation of projects - preparing circuit diagrams - monitoring project implementation and coordinating the handover phase - depending on your experience, also new customer acquisition and business development Depending on your expertise, projects may focus on either industrial electrical and automation solutions or building services electrical contracting. What we expect from you? - technician or engineer education in the electrical field - experience in project management, site management, or similar responsible positions - ability to lead projects and people decisively - understanding of costs and scheduling - a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work - Admicom proficiency is considered an advantage We value experience in electrical and automation projects, contract calculation, design work, and operating in customer interfaces.
