Sospro Kankaantaka is a comprehensive child protection 24-hour foster care facility in Nokia. Kankaantaka consists of four 7-place special level residential units: Kankaantaka 1, 2, 3, and 4. The position is full-time, permanent and focuses on night shifts. Salary is according to the private social sector collective agreement G20C level (€2415.76-2612.33). Your tasks as an instructor: Act as a reliable instructor and responsible adult for the youth; bring your expertise to the team; collaborate with parents, schools, and networks; participate in quality reporting and development. Employment is permanent with a 6-month trial period. Three-shift work, focusing on nights: 12h long shifts or 8h evening shifts followed by nights (20:45-08:45 or 20:15-08:15). Requirements: Active, participatory, and customer-oriented approach; good interaction and teamwork skills; enthusiasm for child protection work. Strength-based, rehabilitative, and feedback-aware approach (PACE). At least a basic degree in social and health care or education (e.g., practical nurse). Experience in foster care is valued.
