**Konnektio Oy is part of the Fonecta Group and is a Finnish expert in taxi brokerage and telephone services. The company was formed in 2024 when three sister companies – 020202 Palvelut, 02 Taksi, and Valopilkku – merged. Konnektio's services affect almost every Finn: the company brokers taxis for consumers, companies, and the public sector, and starting from the beginning of 2027, it will provide Kela-reimbursed transport across eleven provinces in Finland. At the core of the operation are the values of quality, efficiency, and responsibility. Konnektio is growing strongly, and its goal is to be Finland's leading provider of taxi brokerage services by 2030.** We are looking for enthusiastic and bold customer service representatives for our client **Konnektio in Turku!** _"Every customer service day is different, which brings nice variety and different challenges to everyday life." - Customer Service Representative at Konnektio Oy_ **What kind of work do we offer?** We are looking for energetic customer service representatives to work **part-time** on a framework agreement. The contract model allows you to influence your own working hours: you report your availability weekly, and shifts are offered accordingly. Konnektio provides services 24/7 every day of the year, so shifts are available on weekends and nights in addition to weekdays. **Work is performed from Konnektio's office, which is easily accessible in Kupittala, Turku.** The work consists of telephone-based customer service, where success requires the ability to **learn new things quickly and use various systems**. Handling calls smoothly and interacting with customers requires good interaction skills, stress tolerance, and the courage to dive into different situations. The work community is relaxed and encouraging – you will always receive support, and no one is left alone. **The position requires fluent Finnish language skills as well as the readiness to handle customer service in Swedish and English.** Work begins with a comprehensive and high-quality orientation that has received excellent feedback.
