Are you the Cafe Manager we are looking for? We are currently seeking a Cafe Manager for our client, Kujalan Porotila, to work in wonderful surroundings for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027! As the Cafe Manager, you will hold a position of responsibility in the reindeer farm's cafe and order restaurant. Your duties include customer service in Finnish and English, daily operational work in the cafe, and organizing meals for the farm's guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for the presentation and sale of farm shop products, catering and wholesale orders, as well as the overall management and self-monitoring of the cafe operations. You will work in diverse and varying environments, such as the cafe, order restaurant, kota (traditional hut), and camp, where food is served and stories about reindeer life and the farm's history are shared. The work is part of a large and professional team where you will receive comprehensive orientation. We require previous experience in similar roles; knowledge of the tourism or reindeer industry is also considered an advantage. The person we are looking for is a flexible, responsible, and friendly customer service professional. You are interested in developing your professional skills and learning new things. You handle pressure well and possess good communication and problem-solving skills. Full-time employment begins in November as agreed and lasts until the end of March. The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee. The employment follows the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services.
