Technical Trainer for Agricultural Milking Systems

For our training department based in Glinde, we are looking for a Technical Trainer for the training of agricultural milking systems as soon as possible. You make a difference: Conduct basic technical and continuing-education training, in both theoretical and practical formats, for technicians at our trading partners in the field of agricultural milking systems. Design technical training programmes and create and provide training materials. Create examination materials and conduct course examinations. Continuously develop and improve the training process chain. You bring a lot: We expect technical training and knowledge of mechatronic systems, such as mechanical engineering, refrigeration technology or electrical engineering. A university degree, technician or master craftsperson qualification, or comparable training is desirable. Good IT knowledge, including presentation technology, MS Teams, MS Office and networking. Very good German and good English, spoken and written. Willingness to travel for work (approximately 15%). A passion for training people in technical systems. An interest in agriculture and willingness to deepen your knowledge of milking and peripheral systems. The ability to work independently, responsibly and in a goal-oriented way. Strong communication skills, as well as pedagogical and rhetorical abilities. You are characterised by: Creative, independent work and a good eye for detail.
