Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for skilled and energetic property maintenance workers in Oulu! In this role, you will perform varied tasks related to the maintenance of both indoor and outdoor areas. You will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of residential and commercial properties within your assigned service area. Additionally, the job description includes traditional outdoor property maintenance work. Work starts by agreement once a suitable person is found during the autumn. We are looking for an employee who is ready to commit to the position for a longer period. Success in the position requires: * At least 2 years of practical experience in indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks * Vocational or basic degree in property maintenance * Initiative, reliability, and an energetic work ethic * Class B driver's license and the possibility of using your own car * A valid occupational safety card or willingness to complete it We offer you: * Salary according to the Property Services sector collective agreement (TES) based on your experience * An independent and responsible job description * Good tools and clear work tasks * Your own personnel consultant for the duration of the employment We process applications during the application period, so if you recognize yourself, please send your application as soon as possible!
