We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Fitter to join an experienced production team. You will be responsible for assembling metal products according to customer orders, performing diverse assembly tasks across different stages. Your day will involve practical work where precision and thoroughness are key. We look for suitable training in mechanical engineering or automotive maintenance and/or relevant experience in assembly, the ability to read technical drawings, accuracy, teamwork, and a genuine motivation to do quality work every day. We offer a permanent position, pay according to the Technology Industry TES (about 15–16 €/h), a regular 40 h/week schedule (7:00–15:30) with shift work welcome, a supportive and capable team, growth opportunities, and a fast, straightforward recruitment process. Location: Tampere.
