Responsible for overall unit operations, staffing, finances, quality and achieving strategic goals. Emphasized responsibilities include personnel leadership, development of the work community, continuous improvement of quality and productivity, financial leadership and accountability, change management and implementation of new operating models, and collaboration with clients, relatives, authorities and partners. The role requires strong leadership, building a robust staff culture and ensuring the unit meets targets for quality, customer satisfaction and financial results. We seek a candidate with a Master’s level degree or equivalent, fluent Finnish, vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act, ability to obtain medical licenses, hygiene passport, 5–8 years of personnel leadership experience, proven leadership of a large care/health/elderly care unit, strong people leadership and change leadership skills, financial leadership experience and use of performance indicators, good communication and networking skills, ability to lead strategically and operationally, and a desire to develop elderly care and create excellent customer and staff experiences.
