Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer
- Foster a diverse candidate pool and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong data and analytics mindset to optimize recruitment strategies
