Lauttasaari Validia House is a 24-hour assisted living unit housing 21 clients. Our clients are people with disabilities, and at Validia, we enable them to lead a high-quality life of their own choosing. You will work in diverse and varied tasks where you meet clients as individuals and support them in their daily lives. Tasks include caring for the client's basic daily functions, medication administration, documentation, and providing personal care and stimulating activities. Work is guided by the client's individual service implementation plan.
