Child Day Care Worker

We are looking for a fixed-term early childhood educator for a group of 3–5-year-olds at Norlandia Planeetta. I can put on my gloves by myself! I learned to write my name at home yesterday. Today I dared to go down the big slide for the first time. In your work you are the one who hears, sees, and is truly present in the children's everyday life. You are a professional in early childhood education who builds an environment for learning, wonder, and joint activity. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: You are a qualified early childhood educator who can support children's growth, play, exploration and discovery in daily situations. You work naturally with your group and other professionals and families to ensure the day progresses calmly and coherently. You participate in activity planning and development, and you take responsibility for ensuring daily situations advance for children in a way that supports their learning.
