We are looking for a SITE MANAGER to work in an industrial project in Kiruna, Sweden. The work will start in 08 - 09/2026 and the estimated duration is approximately 2 years. Responsibilities: - Overall management and coordination of construction works on site - Managing daily site operations, schedules and resources - Coordinating earthworks, foundations, concrete works, structural steel works, building envelope works and other building activities - Supervising and coordinating subcontractors - Monitoring progress, quality and occupational safety - Organising site meetings and reporting to the project organisation - Cooperating with the client, designers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders - Managing site documentation, changes and construction-related issues Requirements: - Relevant technical degree or qualification in construction - Strong experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, Responsible Site Manager or in a similar senior site management role - Experience in industrial, structural steel or other large-scale construction projects - Solid understanding of construction works from earthworks and foundations through to building completion - Experience in subcontractor management, scheduling, quality control and site safety - Good command of English and/or Swedish.
