Earthworks Worker

We are seeking a skilled earthworks worker with a positive attitude for our client company in the North Pirkanmaa region. If you enjoy varied outdoor work and seeing the lasting results of your efforts, this position may be for you. The employment begins as a leased contract through us, and work starts as soon as a suitable person is found. Following successful cooperation, there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee of our client. Work is available at least until the turn of the year 2026–2027. What does the work involve? The tasks are diverse earthworks duties, such as: - foundation work for halls and detached houses - yard construction - installation of sewer and stormwater lines - installation of pipes, wells, and other ground structures - finishing and auxiliary work on construction sites Work sites are located mainly in Virrat, Ruovesi, and Parkano. What do we hope for from you? - experience in earthworks tasks - ability to read plans is considered an advantage - own car for commuting to work sites A valid occupational safety card is considered an advantage. Working hours: - 40 h / week - Mon–Fri, mainly 7:00–15:30 - remuneration according to the infrastructure sector collective agreement, considering skills and salary expectations Why apply?
