Responsibilities

Lead global HR operations and services for more than 700 UNU personnel.
Direct and manage the UNU Centre HR Team and activities including training and staff welfare.
Direct and manage recruitment processes, including senior executive appointments.
Oversee HR services provided by UNDP and coordinate HR operations for payroll and benefits.

Requirements

7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Management in a large organization, preferably in an international environment.
At least 5 years work experience in the United Nations Common Systems, along with supervisory responsibilities is required.
Knowledge of United Nations staff rules and regulations is required.
Experience in drafting reports, communications, and presentations is required.
Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
