Your main tasks include leading our department’s operational activities, being responsible for results, and guiding your team along the growth path. Leadership here is service-oriented. You primarily serve your team, ensuring they have everything needed for success. You will have a few group managers as direct reports and ensure their success in their leadership roles. You will ensure sufficient resources and capabilities to meet current and future customer needs, taking ultimate responsibility for getting things done and finding solutions even in complex situations. You will naturally participate in sales and customer work, maintaining continuous dialogue with various stakeholders, partners, and experts. You are an active communicator – it is natural for us and we are known for it. You will also actively participate in management team work, development of our department’s operations, and the entire Granlund industrial services development. Regarding salary: we estimate a monthly salary of €6,000–€7,000, influenced by your skills, profile, and potential match. About you: you have substantial experience in a company providing services to industry. You may not need to be an expert in industrial electrical distribution but have worked in projects and/or design. The most important thing is your people-oriented leadership and service skills. You can motivate and inspire your environment. You are an active communicator and approachable supervisor. You react to situations and are present when on site. You can also recognize customer needs and build trustful relationships. Experience in procurement work is beneficial. Education: at least a technical college degree (AMK), and additional leadership studies are a plus. Your English skills will be useful in our international environment.
