Unit Manager

This is the job of Unit Manager for Nuova Nuotta Youth Home in Myyrmäki, Vantaa. As Unit Manager you will be responsible for the operation of the unit, its financial profitability and the development of high-quality activities. You will also handle administrative tasks, marketing of services, and report and collaborate closely with the area service director. You will participate in building and maintaining relationships with partners, and be part of the regional leadership team developing Humana’s child protection services in the Uusimaa and Päijät-Häme regions. Your role will enable staff to succeed and grow through a coaching, inclusive, and inspirational leadership style. The key task is to lead the youth protection work of the unit and its financial viability, while contributing to the development of the field’s most impactful child welfare. Nuorisokoti Nuotta offers demanding long-term institutional care for youth in a cozy and safe growth environment. The unit’s daily work places you at the forefront of youth life and allows you to do meaningful child welfare work close to home in Myyrmäki, Vantaa.
