Are you the breakfast enthusiast we are looking for? We are hiring breakfast staff for Arctic Hotel Collection for the winter season 2026–2027. As a breakfast server you are an important part of the hotel’s daily operations and your contribution directly affects guests’ comfort and experience. We value a proactive, positive attitude, self-initiative and a strong eye for cleanliness. Working hours in the breakfast service are about 60–80 hours per 3 weeks, with opportunities for extra shifts in the dining area. There is also the possibility of a gig if that suits you better. In a hotel breakfast shift you and the team ensure a high-quality, enjoyable breakfast moment. Your duties include maintaining the breakfast buffet’s overall look, dishwashing, clearing and assisting with restocking in collaboration with the kitchen. You’ll ensure the breakfast area stays clean, functional and welcoming throughout service. Previous hotel cleaning or breakfast service experience is an asset, but the most important thing is the willingness to learn and to perform quality work as part of the team. Fixed-term employment starts in November and is expected to last until March 2027. Pay and contract terms follow the Hospitality, Catering and Leisure Industry collective agreement. The employment contract will be made between Bondata and the employee. Work is performed at two Arctic Hotel Collection properties: Arctic Light Hotel and Arctic City Hotel in Rovaniemi.
