You are a proactive person who gets straight to work when you notice something that needs attention. You understand that good sales start with full, attractive shelves and a tidy store. We are ready to start the employment by agreement. THE SHELF STOCKER’S JOB AT JYSK As a shelf stocker, you play an important role in ensuring the store’s sales success. You are responsible for receiving, unloading and stocking products, and keeping the store and warehouse organised. You ensure shelves are well stocked, products are easy for customers to find, and the store is always ready for a new sales day and campaigns. Your workdays are varied and physical. You work closely with the rest of the team to ensure products are in the right places and available to customers. Your duties also include maintaining warehouse safety and tidiness and moving and organising products both in the warehouse and on the sales floor. The work provides plenty of daily physical activity. Although your main responsibility is stocking shelves and handling goods, you will also meet customers during your workday and help them courteously when needed. Carefulness, organisation and responsibility. Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility regarding working hours, as shifts are in the mornings, evenings and weekends. The person selected must be at least 18 years old. Good Finnish skills to understand and follow the employer’s instructions and, when necessary, assist customers directly.
