Property Caretaker

Coor is one of the Nordic region's leading property services companies. In Finland, the property maintenance business employs over 150 professionals performing a range of upkeep and maintenance tasks across multiple locations from Hanko to Rovaniemi. We are now looking for a property caretaker in Roveniemi. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) starting 15 September 2026. Duties include daily inspection rounds, reporting faults or deficiencies, minor repair tasks, and year-round exterior area maintenance. You will work closely with Coor teams and site staff, ensuring smooth communication with building users. Requirements: several years of experience in property maintenance; machine operation; knowledge of maintenance logs and automation systems; fluent Finnish; B driving license.
