We are looking for a versatile, articulate, and linguistically skilled Communications Specialist to implement and develop group-level communications across various channels. In this interesting role, the focus is on the planning, production, and publication of various communication materials. You will work with different areas of communication in close cooperation with our entire organization. Job Description As a Communications Specialist, you will be specifically responsible for producing content for our internal and external channels. You will create various types of content tailored to the target audience in at least Swedish and Finnish, and participate in updating and developing our channels. As part of the group communications team, you will develop communication practices together with business units and core functions. Depending on your expertise, you will also participate in various communication development projects. When necessary, you will act as the deputy for the Communications Director. We Expect From You · A clear writing style and experience in content production in a multi-channel environment · Ability to grasp the big picture as well as plan and implement communication according to plan · Good editing and proofreading skills and the ability to tailor messages for the target audience · Experience using various communication systems/platforms · Excellent language skills in Swedish, Finnish, and preferably English, as well as experience translating and localizing materials · A systematic approach to work, initiative, and the ability to drive matters forward determinedly · Cooperation and coordination skills and an understanding of the communication work rhythm · Understanding of the group communications operating model is an advantage We Offer You We offer you a job with a reliable and people-oriented employer in either Kerava or Pietarsaari.
