Electrical network installer for Oulu. We are looking for a skilled electrical network installer for full-time employment for our client. In the role you will be responsible for construction, maintenance and repair work related to power distribution networks. The work sites are mainly in the Oulu area, but the job also includes sites further away, therefore travel readiness is required. Your duties include: construction and renovation of electrical distribution networks; installation work of cables and distribution cabinets; maintenance and service of electrical networks; locating and repairing faults in the network; repairing storm damage and other disturbances; installation work related to substations and electrical stations; installation and maintenance work of industrial distribution networks; network measurement and commissioning tasks; site safety and protection arrangements. The ideal candidate has: electrical trade qualification; electrical safety card (SFS 6002); occupational safety card; first aid for electrical work; B driving license; good physical condition; willingness to work outdoors and at height; willingness to travel; careful and safe working method; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in constructing or maintaining electrical networks is an advantage, as is experience as a jointing technician, cable terminations, and installation experiences in industrial electrical distribution networks and various substations and switchgear. Class C license and professional qualification, as well as sub-1 kV voltage training are advantageous.
