We are looking for a nurse for a permanent position in the Enhanced Outpatient Care for Psychosis Patients of HUS Psychiatry at Jorvi Hospital. The work is mobile pair, team, and network work with psychosis patients. The goal of enhanced outpatient care is to support the patient's ability to manage in the home and everyday environment in a targeted and fixed-term manner. Cooperation is carried out with the region's wards and outpatient units. We develop nursing care according to the international Magnet Hospital model. We value good psychiatric nursing skills and experience in the nursing of psychosis patients. Language skill requirements are good oral and written skills in Finnish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Swedish, or good oral and written skills in Swedish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Finnish. We require vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient spaces, and a health status report on pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units.
