We are looking for a proactive and responsible SERVICE SUPERVISOR FOR CLEANING TASKS IN OULU for a permanent, part-time position. Your duties include cleaning the maintenance facilities, restaurant areas, and the box of an ice rink, mainly on weekday mornings. The boxes are not cleaned daily, but climbing stairs requires good basic fitness. The work is performed independently, and staff and other rink users will be present. What do we expect from you? - A sunny customer service attitude. - Being of legal age (at least 18 years old). - Ability to work independently. - Flexibility regarding working hours – your workday may be extended if there is a need for additional work. - Finnish language skills for customer service situations. (We expect at min. B1-B2 level Finnish language skills, supported by strong English communication skills). Shifts start in the morning at 06:00. Shifts are generally from Monday to Friday (1.5 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 hours/day otherwise). There are more hours after games and events, and occasionally shifts on weekends. Additional hours are agreed upon separately with the customer. Weekly working hours are approximately 12 - 20 h/week. It is also possible to accumulate hours by cleaning other customer sites. Salary 12.59 €/h follows the Property Services sector collective agreement according to the difficulty of the work in salary group 2. Work starts immediately upon finding a suitable person.
