Cafe Worker

We are looking for a customer-oriented cafe worker! Our client is a cozy cafe in a central location in Turku that has served its customers for a long time. The cafe's diverse selection serves even the most demanding clientele. The cafe also has A-rights. In addition to hot and cold drinks, daily baked coffee breads, filled rolls and oven-fresh pies are available. Job description: Tasks are diverse and varying cafe-restaurant duties: preparation of salty & sweet products, customer service, kitchen, cash register, serving, maintaining general cleanliness. It is important that all tasks are handled with a positive and brisk attitude even in the middle of a rush. There are about 2-3 shifts a week between 8 am and 7 pm and they are most commonly 5-6 hours in length. Work starts by the beginning of September at the latest and is long-term, until the end of May 2027. We expect: We are looking for a proactive cafe worker who gets along easily with different customers. The most important thing is that you can do your work with a smile even on a busy day and also like kitchen work and product preparation. We require a responsible work approach, good cooperation skills and experience working in a cafe or restaurant. A serving pass is also seen as an advantage. We require the applicant to have a hygiene passport, be of legal age and have fluent Finnish language skills. We offer: An interesting & diverse cafe job is available. The remuneration for the task is according to the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant and leisure services between €13.32-14.62/h, taking into account work experience and education.
