We are looking for a warehouse supervisor and a future car key expert for the Autonavaimet team in Helsinki! Do you want to combine practical logistics, customer service, and the automotive industry? We are now looking for a **warehouse supervisor** who also wants to develop into a versatile expert in car keys and car key electronics. **What will you concretely be doing?** - **Warehouse operations and e-commerce:** You will be responsible for daily warehouse management. You will process, pack, and ship e-commerce orders to customers, ensuring that the correct products are dispatched on time. The warehouse supervisor is also expected to bring creative ideas to make warehouse operations even smoother. - **Customer service and contact:** You will maintain contact with customers via phone and email and participate in direct service for consumer and corporate customers as needed. - **Car key repair and learning:** You will get to learn the practical side of repairing car keys. In the future, we will also train you in key programming and car installation tasks, allowing you to further deepen your automotive expertise. **What do we expect from you?** - **Automotive knowledge:** You have basic knowledge of cars through either education or as a hobby, which helps you understand our products and serve our customers. - **Proactive and solution-oriented approach:** You take on tasks independently, resolve situations quickly, and are not afraid to learn new things. - **Social and positive attitude:** You are a team player who is easy to work with.
