We are seeking an HSE Supervisor for our client company! Do you want to be part of building safer construction sites in international energy infrastructure and data center projects? In this role, you will influence the safety culture of construction sites, develop operating methods, and work as part of a significant technical project. The position offers an excellent opportunity to combine practical safety work, safety management, and safety documentation management in an international operating environment. Job Description You will hold a key role on the construction site, responsible for monitoring and developing health, safety, and environmental matters. You will work in close cooperation with project management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the site meets all agreed safety and environmental requirements. Your duties include, among other things: - Daily monitoring of construction site safety and environmental requirements - Management, maintenance, and development of HSE documentation - Reviewing contractors' safety documents - Conducting regular safety walks on site - Monthly HSE reporting - Handling safety deviations and monitoring corrective actions - Developing safety practices and operating methods - Cooperation with project management, customers, and other stakeholders - Managing multiple customer systems and projects simultaneously We expect from you: - Experience in HSE roles, safety supervision, or construction site safety management - Experience from construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects - Appropriate technical education (e.g., Civil Engineer, Construction Manager, Construction Technician, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Science in Technology) - Good reporting and documentation skills - Fluent English skills and at least good proficiency in Finnish - Good IT skills and readiness to use various reporting and project systems - Class B driver's license - Readiness to travel and work in travel-based assignments We offer you: - A responsible and independent expert role in international projects - The opportunity to work in leading energy infrastructure and data center construction projects - Comprehensive induction to the role and support from an expert team - Extensive opportunities for professional development and training - Career opportunities provided by a growing and developing organization - An encouraging and collaborative work community - Competitive salary and allowances related to travel work Salary: 3,000-5,000 €/month based on experience and expertise.
