The core of the role is to optimize and develop tools and processes in these areas, and to support teams with daily and long-term objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and lead state-of-the-art customer service operations for Nordic and Baltic B2B customers in fishing, winter sports, and outdoor business
- Create and run best-in-class consumer experience in ecommerce with fast responses and accurate answers
- Lead service & warranty team to fix issues quickly
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support proactive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Finnish and/or Scandinavian language skills are a definite asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with MS Navision and ticketing systems beneficial
