For our Customer Service team we are looking for you as Werkstudent (w/m/d) in Service Support (20 hours) - fixed term for 12 months. Location: Hennigsdorf or Hybrid. Your tasks: In this position you will support our customer service team for MAS quality controls by entering and evaluating measurement data in Excel, maintaining contact data and other recurring tasks that you can perform independently. A strong service mindset as well as self-organization and self-motivation are the basis for our daily work. Your qualifications: Scientific understanding; first experience in a lab is desirable; basic mathematical understanding for data analysis; good English skills; good IT skills (MS Office especially Excel and Power BI); initiative.
