Home Care Aide

Our operations are expanding rapidly in Seinäjoki and surrounding municipalities, and we are now inviting a team of lähihoitaja (licensed practical nurse) candidates to join us to build even better home care services. You will work in clients’ homes supporting their functional capacity and well-being. Your duties include nursing and pharmacological care, monitoring and health promotion, taking care of personal hygiene and nutrition, and rehabilitative care to maintain functioning. You will meet clients and their families in a genuinely present way. Our home care goes beyond nursing: it is care, listening, and time for our clients. Additionally you have: * a Lähihoitaja qualification * current theory studies in medication administration (can complete them with us if needed) * a B driver's license and ability to use your own car for work Experience in home care and knowledge of kinesthetics and wound care are valued, but the most important is a motivated attitude, willingness to learn, and to develop our activity together. What we offer? A salary according to our experience (G20C, private social security): 14.82–16.03 €/h. From 1 September the pay is 15.29–16.69 €/h.
