Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for an energetic and proactive property maintenance worker for our client to handle diverse property maintenance tasks. In this role, you will ensure the daily functionality and general maintenance of properties, as well as perform various service and upkeep tasks. Job Description The work includes diverse property maintenance tasks, such as outdoor area maintenance, small-scale repair and service work, and routine tasks related to the technical maintenance of properties. The role also includes, for example, replacing filters, reading and reporting meters, and other tasks related to the daily maintenance of properties.
