About the role

Avarn Security is seeking a university intern for the monitoring services team at their headquarters in Vantaa, Myyrmäki, for autumn 2026. This is an unpaid internship lasting 2-4 months, starting flexibly in September or October. The intern will join the technical customer service expert team, participating in daily operations, support tasks, and development projects, combining customer service, security technology, and process development. Key responsibilities include supporting daily technical customer service, developing content and documentation, handling equipment orders and complaints, and assisting in customer communication. Depending on the intern's strengths, they may also participate in audits and the maintenance of the partner network. The role offers a comprehensive view of a large company's security services, including visits to the alarm center. Applicants should be university students in the final stages of their studies in a relevant field such as security, communications, or IT. Good digital skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude are expected. Proficiency in Finnish is required, and English is considered an advantage.
