You’ll be working for an international company that customers of some of the world’s most recognisable brands rely on for their customer care. Some projects are based in Lisbon and others in Porto, and the salaries and conditions are very similar across all of them. As part of the customer service team you’ll help customers by phone, email, chat and social media, in Polish. You’ll receive full paid training in advance and ongoing coaching, so you’ll feel confident from day one. A very good level of English is needed too, as it’s used for training and internal communication. Don’t worry, everything will be arranged for you. We want to make your move to Portugal as easy as possible. Your flight will be refunded after 9 months with the company, and if you choose the accommodation option you’ll get your own room in a fully furnished, company-paid shared apartment for your first months. Your new colleagues will help you sort out the practical things, like registration, taxes and setting up a bank account. They know exactly how it feels to start fresh in a new country, and they’ll support you every step of the way. Destination: Your life in Portugal, etc. What do you get? Two salary options: €1,050 with accommodation included, up to €1,306.67 without accommodation. What is required? Fluent in Polish and very good English, rotating shifts, 18+, EU citizen or valid work permit, ready to live and work 12 months in Portugal.
