Technical Owner, Video Surveillance Services - Loihde Oyj - Remote - Global

Are you looking for a responsible role in critical security solutions? In this role, you will act as the technical owner of the centralized video surveillance service, responsible for the service's functionality, development, and lifecycle management. The role is located within Loihde’s Security Solutions business unit, where we build and develop comprehensive security solutions for our customers. You will work closely with the expert team, customers, and partners. Your daily work includes developing technical solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring service continuity. You will also support sales in pre-sales phases. Loihde’s Security Solutions unit employs over 400 experts across Finland. We ensure the safety of our clients' people and premises and help secure business continuity. By combining our services with Loihde’s extensive expertise in data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital services, we create stronger security and better user experiences. What will you do? - Own the end-to-end technical solution of the video surveillance service - Ensure service continuity, data security, and performance - Develop the service (e.g., new features, architecture, and processes) - Solve technical challenges and support customers - Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with stakeholders What do we expect from you? We are looking for a proactive and responsible expert who drives things forward and owns entire solutions. You have the ability to develop the service long-term and work smoothly with various stakeholders. You need: - Experience with VMS systems and their network architecture - Windows server expertise and basic Linux understanding - Experience with server and platform solutions and lifecycle management - Understanding of service ownership, development, and security requirements - Good problem-solving and communication skills - Fluent Finnish and English skills Nice to have: - Experience with other security technology systems - Experience with Microsoft SQL databases - Experience with SaaS services and cloud environments - Project work experience Practical details: Location: This role is not location-bound; Loihde has offices across Finland.
