Sales Assistant

In 2025, we opened new Biltema stores in Kouvola, Porvoo, and Lohja, and in February 2026 in Hämeenlinna. Our growth continues, with the next Biltema stores coming to Oulu, Joensuu, and Kokkola in autumn 2026. We are looking for energetic part-time sales assistants (2 positions). Biltema Cafe operates in connection with the Biltema store in Kangasala, and we are seeking energetic and customer-oriented part-time sales assistants to work versatilely in both the cafe and the store. The employment contracts are open-ended, with average working hours of 6 h/week. - At Biltema Cafe, you will ensure first-class customer service, handle checkout duties, and prepare and attractively present the products sold in the cafe. - When working as a sales assistant in the department store, your duties include standard sales tasks: customer service both on the floor and at the service point, checkout work, unloading shipments, shelving, and maintaining store cleanliness. We expect from you: - A sales and customer service mindset and good interpersonal skills - Legal age (18+) due to the products we sell - Readiness to work all our shifts: morning, evening, and weekend shifts - A hygiene passport or the willingness to obtain one.
