We are seeking a Site Manager for renovation projects in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area for a permanent full-time position for our client company. Are you a practical site manager who enjoys being on-site, knows how to lead people, and keeps projects on schedule? If you have experience with renovation projects and want to work in a responsible role in a growing company, you might be the person we are looking for. In your role, you will be responsible for, among other things: * daily site management of renovation projects * guiding employees and organizing work * ensuring schedules and work quality * customer cooperation and smooth communication * participating in practical renovation work when necessary. Work sites consist of, for example: * apartment renovations * bathroom renovations * painting and surface renovation work * other renovation projects for apartments and properties. We hope for: * previous experience in site management or supervisory responsibility in the renovation sector (e.g., as a foreman) * strong practical expertise in renovation work * experience with apartment and bathroom renovations * good situational awareness and a solution-oriented approach * a firm yet encouraging leadership style * good customer service and interaction skills * a valid occupational safety card * a driver's license and access to a private car * good Finnish language skills, as the working language is Finnish. Estonian language skills are considered an advantage.
