About the role

Esperi Care Home Merivuokko offers 24-hour residential services for the elderly in Uusikaupunki. In a safe and warm-hearted home, there are a total of 30 resident places. Merivuokko's daily life includes diverse activities: parties and chair gymnastics bring joy to both residents and employees. Our goal is to maintain the resident's existing resources as long as possible. We are located in Uusikaupunki, near the seaside in the lush Janhua residential area. Your key tasks as Unit Manager: As Unit Manager, you are responsible for the smoothness of Merivuokko's daily life, quality operations, and the supervision of your team. In the role, you lead and inspire staff to create a meaningful and diverse daily life for customers and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with agreed goals and values. In the role, you can influence both the good care and service experience of customers and the well-being of the staff. Your duties include managing and developing Merivuokko's operations together with the team. You are responsible for, among other things, personnel resourcing, shift planning, recruitment, salary and employment matters, invoicing, financial monitoring, and other administrative and daily tasks of the unit. In addition, you participate in customer work according to the agreed working time. Employment details: The position is permanent and full-time. The Unit Manager's working time is divided between administrative tasks and resident work approx. 50/50. The salary is a contractual salary, meaning you can state your salary request when submitting the application. Start in the position according to the agreement.
