We are seeking a Planner for the Ole brave and fair initiative, to work in anti-racist education and training for children. The role involves coordinating workshop activities for young children, contributing to training, developing and producing teaching materials, and evaluating and developing the program. Responsibilities vary with the candidate’s skills and may include anti-racism expert tasks and advocacy work in collaboration with a partner. We value a suitable university degree, anti-racist knowledge and commitment, training experience, fluent written and spoken Finnish (minimum B2.2) or English, independent work method and good teamwork, and willingness for occasional evening and weekend work and travel within the Helsinki region. We appreciate experience with young children, methodological skills (eg art-based and interactive methods), a constructive mindset, experience as a knowledge expert on racism, and communication skills.
