You will work as a specialist in element design using Tekla Structures. You will be responsible for launching and developing Tekla capabilities alongside and eventually replacing DWG-based design. You will model and perform element design in practical terms. The role requires strong Tekla Structures experience (especially reinforced concrete elements). You will work from our Tampere office and collaborate closely with the rest of the organization to establish a new operating model. We value a development-, solution- and data-oriented approach to environments and workflows, and an understanding of the needs of element factories and high-quality production data. Revit skills or understanding are a plus, but Tekla is the primary requirement.

- Act as an element design expert in Tekla Structures environment.
