Gym Ambassador

Are you an energetic people person who enjoys the gym and wants to create a positive community around them? We are now looking for a Gym Ambassador for the Fitness24Seven gym in Kouvola. In this role, you are the visible face of the gym, a community builder and an important part of our customers' daily training experience. As a Gym Ambassador, your task is to ensure that every customer at our gym feels welcome, receives help if needed and feels they belong to our community. You will work at our standard gym located in Kouvola. This is a part-time job 6h/week and your shifts are between Mon-Sat. The starting salary for the job is 12.30 euros/hour. Your job description: As a Gym Ambassador, you are an important part of our customers' daily training experience. For us, the role does not mean being behind the reception desk, but you create a pleasant and community-oriented atmosphere with your presence, actively meet our members and ensure that everyone feels welcome at our gym. In addition, you act as a support for customers in basic questions related to training and help new members get started smoothly. You are involved in building a positive gym culture, supporting events and campaigns and developing the customer experience by collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement. You act as an important link between customers and the gym and help guide customers to the right services if necessary. Key tasks: - Active meeting of customers and creation of a positive training environment - Instruction on the use of equipment and safe training - Leading low-threshold small group training - Orienting new members to the gym's services - Supporting events, campaigns and member activities - Collecting customer feedback and bringing forward development ideas Thanks to our amazing employees, Fitness24Seven's customer satisfaction is high year after year, and that is a matter of honor for us. In the position, you are the mood creator of the gym, responsible for the well-being of our members and encourage them with your cheerful attitude. We hope for: - Customer service mindset and energetic output - Previous experience in coaching situations and/or being in the public eye - Readiness to adapt quickly to changing situations - Sense of responsibility and independence - Ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English Education in the sports field or a sports background is seen as an advantage, but they are not essential.
