We are currently seeking new shift workers for MediPower Riihikoski and Pöytyä to join our team as healthcare assistants and final-year students in the field (minimum 120 credits). Have you already graduated as a healthcare assistant or are you in the final phase of your studies and want to work in flexible elder care? You can be an experienced professional or at the beginning of your career. In shift work you always decide the shifts you want to work! The wage offer for shifts in the Riihikoski/Pöytyä area is 18.00 €/h. In addition to the hourly wage, 9% holiday pay and site-specific shift bonuses under the collective agreement (TES) apply. There are rotating reward campaigns and we also reward the employee of the month. We also provide diverse staff benefits such as a fitness benefit. Our enthusiastic MediTeam is available via WhatsApp or phone for any questions. Interviews are arranged remotely. We pay salaries every two weeks, on every other Friday.
