Are you a health or nursing professional interested in working for university students' health, well-being, and academic performance? Our nurses perform clinical reception work and health checks, supporting students with issues ranging from somatic ailments to mental health challenges. They assist students in crises, advise on lifestyle changes, sexual health, and vaccinations. Psychiatric nurses support students with mental health problems and help maintain their psychological and academic well-being. The role emphasizes health promotion and prevention, with opportunities to participate in community work and campus inspections. The team includes nurses, general practitioners, physiotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and dental professionals, with thorough onboarding and ongoing training. The work is weekdays, with a weekly hours of 38h 35min, generally between 7:45–16:00, with flexible annual working hours. Salary is based on the YTHS collective agreement, with a basic salary of 2779 euros/month for full-time employment. Requirements include a health or nursing degree, experience in somatic or psychiatric care, and interest in student health. Knowledge of Finnish, English, and Swedish is preferred.
