Halding and maintenance role in a multinational beverage company. The Plant Technician ensures the operation of machines and equipment in our factory environment and in heating, cooling and CO2 systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include tasks according to preventive maintenance plans, fault repair and maintenance tasks as per the maintenance system (Novi by Pinja). You also participate in managing spares and in improving maintenance activities and safe work. Shifts are typically 7:00–15:30, with one evening shift roughly every fifth week (14:00–22:00) and on-call weekends about every five weeks. The position is permanent and begins as per agreement. The task follows the SEL ry collective agreement of the Finnish Food Workers’ Union. You report to the mechanical maintenance supervisor and collaborate closely with other departments.

- Ensure operation of machines and equipment in factory environment and in heating, cooling and CO2 plants.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as per plan and handle fault repairs.
- Participate in spare parts control and maintenance activity improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and report to mechanical maintenance supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience as a plant maintenance/maintenance technician
- Relevant vocational training
- Good teamwork and communication skills and initiative
- Fluent in Finnish and able to communicate in English
- Experience with maintenance systems and TIG welding is a plus
