Kaiku HR is looking for several employees for its client RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for significant projects in the shipbuilding industry at the Rauma shipyard. As a submerged arc welder, you will work with a so-called welding tractor, which processes the butt welds of the plates. Your tasks: - mechanized welding with a welding tractor - butt welding for plates - quality management and monitoring - working as part of a team We require from you: - interest in shipyard and machine shop work - previous work experience and/or training especially in submerged arc welding and the use of welding tractors - a careful and proactive approach to work - ability to work in a team - valid occupational safety and hot work cards - readiness for shift work Please note that a basic personnel security clearance will be carried out for the selected persons.
