We are looking for a taxi driver for a day shift vehicle operating in Kajaani. The vehicles perform various transports under the responsibility of wellbeing services, according to the plan and guidance provided by Tervia. The vehicles are so-called large accessible taxis, meaning 1+8 seater minivans with an invalid lift and two invalid spaces. Tasks are received and transport progress is updated via the Viper app on a smartphone. There is very little use of an actual taxi meter. The work requires initiative, common sense, and professionalism. A service-oriented and social approach to work is also desirable, and even mandatory. Working hours are staggered on WEEKDAYS approximately between 7 AM and 5 PM. Therefore, there is no night or weekend work. The work is paid as a commission of 36% of the vehicle's VAT-exclusive turnover, secured by a monthly guaranteed salary of €1,700. To take on the role, a professional taxi driver's license is required. Additionally, special group driver training and a criminal record extract based on the law for checking the criminal background of those working with children are required. Previous experience in taxi work is desirable but not mandatory.
