Education Guidance Lecturer

Euran municipality's education services are seeking a permanent Education Guidance Lecturer to start on 1 September 2026 (first placement at Eura Combined School). The school serves about 360 upper secondary students and has around 40 teachers and advisors during the 2026–2027 academic year. We are looking for a professional who puts students first, has strong collaboration skills, solution-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm and ability to develop both personal teaching and the school as a whole. The role includes teaching, personal guidance and small-group guidance, communication with stakeholders, and planning and development of guidance. We value good organizational skills and the ability to support students’ studies and help them find pathways to further studies. Eligibility requirements follow the degree requirements of the Decree on the Qualifications of Teaching Personnel (986/98), and pay and working hours are in accordance with OVTES (+ the Eura allowance).
