In Finland, we operate as Quant Finland Oy with a strong team of about 250 employees. We are now looking for two new colleagues for power plant maintenance in Central Uusimaa: a mechanical maintenance technician and an electrical technician. You will work as part of a relaxed but professional group where things are done properly, but humor doesn't stay in the locker room. In this position, you will perform important work in an energy sector environment where safety, availability, and equipment performance are at the core. You won't be alone: you have the support of an experienced team, clear processes, and the expertise of an international group. What you will do: In this role, you are responsible for the maintenance work of the power plant located in Järvenpää. You will do practical work where you see the result of your own hand directly in the plant's operation. The work is varied: sometimes maintaining and inspecting, sometimes repairing and developing. - Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections of equipment and systems in a power plant environment - Mechanical installations, repairs, and equipment updates (mechanical technician) - Maintenance, measurements, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems (electrical technician) - Supporting operating personnel and technical problem solving - Working in close cooperation with the rest of the maintenance team and plant personnel - Strict adherence to and improvement of occupational safety instructions in daily work What we expect from you: The most important thing to us is a good attitude: you are responsible, proactive, and want to learn new things. You already have some experience in technician work, but you are not afraid of learning new things.
