**Job Description** We are seeking a Property & Equipment Maintenance Technician for North Resort Oy to be responsible for the maintenance of the resort's properties, program service equipment, and outdoor areas. The role also includes transport and guiding tasks as needed, as well as participating in the planning and delivery of a safe and high-quality customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Technical maintenance and upkeep of properties. - Maintenance, storage, and ensuring the readiness of program service equipment and gear. - Maintenance of outdoor areas, snow removal, wood management, and yard care. - Daily inspections and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment. - Transport tasks for customers and staff as needed. - Guiding activities and assistance in program services as needed. - Ensuring occupational safety, cleanliness, and quality. **Requirements** - Suitable technical education or experience in the maintenance of properties, machinery, or equipment. - Good practical problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach. - Class B driver's license; BE, C, or D license is considered an advantage. - Experience in the maintenance of snowmobiles, ATVs, small engines, or other equipment. - Occupational safety card, hot work permit, or similar certifications are considered an advantage. - Valid EA1 first aid training or equivalent first aid qualification is considered an advantage. - Willingness to work outdoors year-round, as well as in shift, evening, weekend, and seasonal work. - Basic English language skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. - Good physical condition. **We Offer** - A versatile and responsible role in an international resort. - Modern equipment and high-quality tools. - A supportive work community and the opportunity to develop your own expertise. - The opportunity to be part of building a new tourist destination in Lapland. **Terms of Employment** - The employment is permanent or fixed-term depending on the position. - Working hours are determined according to the shift schedule. - The employment follows the Collective Agreement for Tourism, Restaurant and Leisure Services (MaRa TES). - A 6-month probationary period applies in accordance with the Employment Contracts Act and the collective agreement. - Salary is determined based on skills, experience, and MaRa TES. - The selected person must provide an acceptable medical certificate regarding their health status before the start of employment.
