Job Description
Are you a customer service professional and do you serve customers fluently in Finnish, Swedish, and English? Join our contact center as a call dispatcher! In HUS's Core Services, developing telephone services is seen as a key way to improve customer service and customer experience. In the centralized telephone service, operations are planned as larger unit-specific entities, and a customer service professional answers the calls. The basic work of a call dispatcher is genuine customer service. They direct calls to the appropriate units and advise on various questions. Currently, our team consists of 24 people. The work is carried out at the telephone service facilities in Kalasatama. We are looking for an experienced and change-positive customer service professional who is genuinely interested in telephone work. We hope you have experience in similar work. Genuine interaction and customer service orientation are essential, along with a quick work pace, good stress tolerance and resilience, overall management skills, and computer skills. In your daily work, you need to be fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Please mention your language skills in your application. The employment is permanent and full-time. The work is daytime, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Salary, shift and experience bonuses, long annual leave, and employment terms are determined according to HYVTES. The task-specific salary is €2,866.63/month.
