Haaparinne housing service unit provides 24-hour and community-based rehabilitative, drug-free housing services for adult mental health clients in Luopioinen, Pälkäne. The environment is peaceful and beautiful, with Lake Kukkiajärvi located right next to the unit. Enhanced service housing is intended for residents whose functional capacity has decreased due to psychological reasons and who require 24-hour help and support. Staff are present around the clock. There are eight places in enhanced service housing. Community service housing includes residents requiring both heavy and lighter support and is intended for those who need guidance with various life challenges. Staff are present during office hours. There are eight places in supported service housing. The houses are located next to each other, making help and support available 24/7 also for residents of community service housing. As a practical nurse, your duties include the holistic care and rehabilitation of residents. You will also participate in the implementation of residents' medication therapy and perform network work. You are eligible for the position if you are a title-protected practical nurse in Finland. We value experience in mental health and substance abuse work. We hope that you have completed the LOP, PKV, KIPU1, and PSYK1 sections of the LOVe medication therapy exam, but if necessary, you can complete them with us free of charge at the start of employment. You should also have a valid hygiene passport. Additionally, the selected person must have valid vaccine protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the start of employment. The start date for the position is October 1, 2026, or by agreement. The position has a six-month probationary period. This is a full-time position with an average working time of 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning, evening, and night shifts.
